across the barren
snow patched meadow
frozen ground
the last scarecrow gazes
up at the mountaintops
Ribbons, Winter 2023
the gifts
given every day
each one different
they aren't always wrapped
they just happen
Colorado Boulevard, December 2024
across the field
i follow wildflowers
foxglove
silently jingles
in the mountain breeze
